The foods that need to be stored at temperatures just above 0 degrees are mostly cheeses, drinks, cured meats and gastronomy products in general, while around 0 degrees meat, fish, fruit, fresh vegetables and dairy products. At negative temperatures up to minus 25 degrees ice creams and in general all foods such as fish or vegetables are stored.
