Panel produced in polyurethane foam, with coverings in galvanized steel, aluminium or stainless steel etc. Of excellent thermic resistance, easily mounted, flexible as for the modular composition, of excellent quality regarding the joints and fixings. A product of highest quality and performance for the specific production of walls, ceilings and coatings/curtain walls for refrigerator cells and cells with controlled atmosphere.

COMPONENT CHARACTERISTICS

Insulation is achieved using rigid non hygro-scopic and self-extinguishing polyurethane, according to the European regulations currently in force.
Average density: 36/40 kg/m3
Resistance to compression: 1,5÷2 kg/cm2
Shear resistance: 1 kg/cm2
Delta Thermal conductivity coefficient: 0,020 Kcal/mh°C
Self-extinction according to standard: ASTM D 1692/66

 

COVERINGS

Produced in:
- galvanized steel, according to UN15753/64 standard;
- fibreglass-reinforced plastic;

- galvanized steel with coating;
- pure aluminium;
- aluminium with coating;
- stainless steel;
standard thicknesses:
0,3 to 0,7 mm. on sides in sheet
3 mm on sides in fibreglass-reinforced plastic

Thickness of coverings: according to UNI standard
Thickness of panel: ± 2 mm
Length: ± 5 mm
Module 1420/1280: ± 2,5 mm
Off the square: max. 5 mm

JOINT

  • The panels are pieced by a grooving and tonguing joint urethane foam sealing.

  • Joint type "pipistrello" foamed during assembly
    (Fig."C")

FIXING

Fixing is achieved using a Ø 6 mm or adequate Ø thread-forming screws, inserted in the larger ribs.
