Roof
panels for successive water-proofing, manufactured with polyurethane foam
and roofing felt (outside) and galvanised steel, aluminium or stainless
steel facings inside, with five corrugations. Excellent insulation characteristics,
easy to install, versatile modular composition, excellent joint and fastening
quality. A very high quality, high performance for flat roofs.
THE COMPONENT
Insulation: rigid non-hygroscopic polyurethane foam, self-extinguishing
as to current European standards.
- Average density: 36/40 kg/m
- Compression strength: 1.5 Ö 2 kg/cm 7
- Shear strength: 1 kg/cm
- Heat conductivity: 0.020 kCal/mh¡C
- Self-extinguishing as to ASTM D 1692/68

FACINGS
External:
Roofing felt 300/500 g/m
Internal:
- galvanised steel as to Norm UNI 5753/84
- precoated galvanised steel
- raw Aluminium
- precoated Aluminium
- stainless steel
- other materials on request
TOLERANCES
Thickness
of coverings: according to UNI standard
Thickness
of panel: ± 2 mm
Length:
± 5 mm
Module:
1150: ± 2,5 mm
Off
the square: max. 5 mm
-standard
thickness: Steel 0.4 - 0.5 mm; Aluminium 0.6 mm
JOINT
Roof
panels that need further waterproofing have an overlapping reversed connection
on the steel coating side, while the insulating felt on the other side
has an overlap to protect the gasket.
FASTENING
Uses self-threading screws Ø 6 mm or other adequate Ø, with
shaped neck, at the top of the corrugation.
